MotherBaby<\/strong> is one word\u2014because you are one unit. This circle honors the sacred interdependence between mother and baby, as well as the unfolding transformation of both.
Our MotherBaby Circles offer a structured, nurturing space for connection, reflection, and support. In September, I will be hosting a three-week series over three Thursdays,welcoming mothers and their babies into a space of shared wisdom and gentle community.<\/p>\n

Together, we move, we sing, we express what\u2019s felt and we listen\u2014to ourselves, our babies, and one another.<\/p>\n

I offer deep listening, reflection, and support to help you find meaning, integration, and closure. Together, we gently explore what happened, how it felt, and what wisdom is ready to emerge.<\/p>\n

This is not about fixing or analyzing\u2014it\u2019s about honoring. Because every birth story deserves reverence, and every woman deserves to feel whole.<\/p>\n

My first glimpse of sovereign birth<\/strong> came as a teenager, visiting a remote Russian village where recent Moscow State University graduates had left the Soviet system to live in harmony with Orthodox tradition. In the sanctuary of a once\u2011abandoned cathedral near Kostroma, I saw that birth and child\u2011rearing could occur as sacred and undisturbed<\/strong>\u2014a memory that lodged deep in my bones.<\/p>\n

Years later, carving out my young\u2011adult life in the United States, I chose the \u201cproven\u201d road to success: Ivy\u2011League universities and a career in New\u202fYork City\u2019s medical\u2011industrial obstetrics as a registered nurse. A decade inside that system nearly erased the wonder I had felt in Russia\u2014until my own births pulled the thread.<\/p>\n

My three births became a spiral of awakening<\/strong>: first a cesarean, then a VBAC, and finally a home birth. With each passage, I unraveled old conditioning<\/strong> and began to see everything anew\u2014relationship, motherhood, work, economy, and spirit. Through birth\u2014and through the powerful women I met along the way\u2014I cracked open a deeper truth: the womb is a sacred portal, and birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding are rites that can alchemize fear into untamed feminine power<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
